This elegant evening Jewish wedding in Napa was pure celebration!!  I first met the bride & groom at their engagement session and was taken with how considerate they were with each other.  It was obvious that they both wanted the other to be happy and they were each willing to do what it took to make that happen. They truly enjoyed just seeing the other one happy.  Talk about a solid start to a wonderful marriage. No detail was overlooked - these two wanted a beautiful, romantic, ritualistic wedding that was full of fun and they definitely got it all.  We started with a very sweet, nerve reducing first look at a neighboring property so they could be alone.  And, then got to it with lots of portraits because their wedding pictures were a huge deal for them (totally agree!) 

Two of the warmest & most welcoming people I've ever worked with created a lovely winery wedding!!  I'm having a hard time not filling with post with how stunning Kris was - her ever present smile was a show stopper and she just glowed the whole day.  But, I guess there are a few other things important about their wedding besides the bride's beauty - like how cute their little doggie, Scout was.  Be sure to scroll down to see her matching tutu and how excited she was to walk down the aisle.

This Vintage Estates wine country wedding had it all - a stunning color palette that highlighted the gorgeous autumn colors, a beautiful sunny day, sunset in the vineyards, candle lit reception and, the most important element, a bride and groom truly in love with each other!  The families of these two had been waiting for this day for many many years and it was well worth it!  It was an absolute joy to be there!

A classic and beautiful wedding with just a touch of vintage at the one-of-a-kind wedding venue, Olympia’s Valley Estate. The bride and groom braved the good luck wedding showers and had a wonderful time celebrating with all their loved ones.

You know those people who light up the room with their infectious & always ready laughter?  Sophia is the queen of them all!!  You can't help but be happy when you're around her.  And, then you see the way her and her groom, Justin, look at each other and can't help but feel the huge amounts of love these two have for each other.  This wedding was a perfect example of why I'm addicted to photographing weddings. It was the kind that left me walking on a cloud of love, laughter & joy and revisiting it through their images makes me giddy all over again!  

The perfect balance of rustic and elegant! This gorgeous wedding used all the unique areas of Olympia’s Valley Estate. The heartfelt ceremony was on the pond surrounding by willows. The reception was held in the beautiful barn. And, we even ventured up the hillside for some amazing sunset portraits (including cows!).

A & J had a very very sweet and gorgeous wedding full of touching moments. These two were careful to stop and enjoy all the little moments at their Trentadue Winery wedding and there were tons of those special moments! Here are a few photos of them to enjoy.

This was one gorgeous vineyard wedding that I will not soon forget! Not only were the bride & groom two of the nicest people I have worked with but they treated to us all to not one, but TWO choreographed dances. I always love when couple's go the extra mile and entertain us a little bit. The love & commitment stuff is great but give me a fun dance to routine to bop my head too and I'm one happy photographer!These two were so connected that posing them for portraits was a breeze. I just put them in some gorgeous light and told them to do their thing. They snuggled up close and we created some stunning winery wedding pictures! Their candids were pretty fantastic, too.

There is something so special about same sex weddings and this one was no exception. There weren't just polite tears of joy but huge amounts of full on ridiculously happy ugly crying...everywhere, including on me. Every interaction I had with Scott and Matty was full of smiles, laughter and excitement. And, the day was perfect for them. Golden Cali sunshine, breathtaking Sonoma Valley views, overjoyed guests with killer dance moves (& props!!) and late night wood fired pizza. Not to mention the impromtu serenade by Matty...that boy has some talent. Check him out taking Super Top Dog first place at the Apollo.

S & T hosting this stunning winery wedding at the amazing Italian winery, V. Sattui. Their sophisticated event utilized all the gorgeous areas including the stone courtyard, vineyard, and intimate barrel room. Decor was chic an understated with fresh whites and greens and the candlelit barrel room felt cozy. One of the highlights of this memorable celebration were the Chinese Lion Dancers! The talented groom put on a show with the other dancers that everyone thoroughly loved!

This lovely celebration for two wonderful brides was a day full of laughter and love! Their decor was simple yet stunning. Both wore romantic lace gowns that complemented each other perfectly. Photographing these two and all their loved ones was an absolute honor. We were able to use the gorgeous vineyard view for some epic wedding portraits and the California sunset never disappoints at Paradise Ridge. The live band had the dance floor packed for the whole reception. A night to remember!!
