Family, Unscripted
Mariah’s unscripted family portrait sessions are designed to create genuine & artistic heirloom images that document the beauty of your family’s everyday life. Most of these images will be black & white and captured using natural light. They’re documentary in style and Mariah’s natural ability at photo journalism is showcased. The sessions are always held in your home to ensure your child’s comfort and ability to show Mariah their true personality. Your home also provides the perfect historically accurate backdrop. When you look at the images in 30 years, you’ll be transported right back to this precious and wonderful time of your life. Mariah takes her time establishing a relationship with your child and makes them so at ease, the session is a joy. All you have to do is take a couple of hours to play with and enjoy your children. Mariah takes care of the rest!
Sessions are typically $275 but large families or travel may increase the rate.
Prints start at $20 and packages start at $200.
Family, Scripted
Scripted family portrait sessions are for family’s that want a more stylized approach to their images. These sessions can be held at your favorite park, ice cream parlor or wherever your family has fun. The images will be a mix of color and black white and will still retain the candid and unique lifestyle qualities of Mariah’s unscripted portrait photography. They tend to have a bit more posing and can also be themed (think play house in a beautiful meadow). Scripted images take a little more planning and prep but are a lot of fun!
Sessions are typically $275 but large families or travel may increase the rate.

Commercial
Mariah specializes in providing high quality commercial images at an affordable price to small, locally owned businesses. As part of her Community Business Project, Mariah makes sure the little guy can be visually marketed as well as the big corporations. She provides companies with photography services from head shots to product shots, location images to lifestyle images. All images are aesthetically beautiful and contain her unique style while still showcasing your product. She knows how to produce an image that will make your customer say “I have to have that!”
Pricing starts at $300 and all sessions include non-royalty, unlimited print & web usage of all final images.
Weddings
“Your wedding day should be about the experience and not the posing!” is one of Mariah’s favorite little sayings. When covering a wedding, you’ll never see her stopping the action to get you to look at the camera. While she makes sure to capture a few important posed portraits (because candids aren’t always flattering 
the majority of the images will be telling the story of your big day. Her wedding style is fun and genuine. She realizes that most people aren’t that comfortable in front of the camera so she makes sure you, your attendants and family are at least comfortable with her. That way, when the camera’s aimed, every one’s relaxed and having a good time!
Coverage starts at $1800 and includes full resolution digital negatives.
Graduates
Such an amazing and exciting time for all students! Right before your Senior is ready to branch out on their own, Mariah will capture gorgeous images that celebrate their achievement and showcase their individuality. No two grads are the same so Mariah makes sure their session matches them and their unique personality. Whether their favorite spot is the beach, the city, or anywhere in between, she’ll find the perfect backdrop for their portraits. Friends are always welcome at one of her Grad sessions! She’s happy to snap a few portraits of you all together and loves the real smiles and laughter that come from having friends around!
Sessions are typically $200 but there may be an increase for travel or certain locations (beach sessions are extra).
Birth Stories
When Mariah’s first child was born, Anika, she remembered nothing about the birth but the ridiculous amount of pain and hard work. When she was given the beautiful images taken that day, all of her memories came back to her…the way her husband was always by her side, the constant worry & amazement in her dad’s face, the never ending support from all the gathered loved ones and the unmatched strength within her own body that brought her beautiful little girl to her. She realized that all mom’s should have this gift. And, all children. How wonderful would it be to see images of your first breaths…to see the strength in your mom as she delivered you…the love in your dad’s eyes as he first saw you. Truly priceless. What a wonderous event birth is…we should all celebrate and document it so it can be relived through images! Birth Stories begin at $600 and include a keepsake album and full resolution digital negatives. Mariah will cover any style of birth and will work with hospitals for access in the case of a cesarean. Mariah’s children were both born at home and she’s naturally comfortable in that environment, also. Her approach is extremely hands off and you probably won’t even know she’s there but you’ll be forever thankful that she was.
